Our Guarantee:

Out of the Pavlovers will provide a professionally decorated Pavlovas in a timely manner as specified in the invoice or contract.  We appreciate your business and we are honored that you have chosen us for your special celebration. We guarantee that the flavors, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined. If you are not satisfied with our product(s) please let us know at the time you receive your order. Once your order is accepted, refunds will not be considered.

 

Allergy Disclaimer:

Please be aware that although we have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen.

Our products may contain nuts, eggs, dairy, or gluten. We do not specialize in allergen-free cakes or desserts.

 

- This is a disclaimer for all our products published on our website pavlovers.com and for sale in the store or by phone.

- The photos published on the website are illustrative and may vary.

- The size and quantity of the calculated portions are estimated and may vary.
- The published sizes of the products are a close approximate. The colors of our products and fruits (strawberries, berries, etc.) can vary as well.
- The availability of the products may vary even if the checkout has proceeded. In this case, we will call you before confirming your order and discuss the available options.

- Pavlovers does not compensate the client for changes in the availability of products or services.
- The availability of products and prices may vary at the discretion of the store and without prior notice to customers. Already paid orders are excluded from price variations.
- Quotes are valid for three months.
 

 

Cancellations, Refunds, Pickup and Delivery Orders Policy:

- Orders will be confirmed by phone call, text messages or email the day before and/or the same day of the pickup or delivery.
- Cancellations are effective only if approved by Pavlovers on a written message, up to 24 hours notice before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
- If a cancellation is approved, due to processing costs, there will be a non refundable charge of 5% of the amount to be refunded for partial refunds or 20% of the total purchase amount for full refunds.
- Pavlovers will provide a Store Credit for cancellations. The Store Credit must be used within 90 days from the purchase date. The use of the Store Credit will be subject to the availability of products.
- If we do not receive a confirmation on time, we will put the order on hold until we receive confirmation. Please note that last-minute confirmations may require some time to complete the order. There is a risk of losing the complete order if the client does not ask for a cancellation on time.
 

 

Delivery Policy

 

- Deliveries are done from 10 am to 8 pm. 

- The delivery time will be confirmed two (2) business days before your event date. 

- The Client must disclose any adverse road hazards and/or obstacles that may hamper the delivery and quality of finished products.  In the case of an unavoidable occurrence, such as an act of god, a car accident, poor road conditions, or dropping of cake during delivery — Out of the Pavlovers cannot be held liable for more than the price of the cake described in this order.

- If the client or client representative is not available to receive the delivery. A re-delivery fee will be required at the time of receipt of goods and services.
